Hello! My name is Tina and this is my website Simply Vegan Recipes. I first became a vegan at the age of 15 and I haven’t eaten any meat or animal products since then. I guess I’ve always considered myself business-savvy and a little bit of an entrepreneur, so it was pretty natural that I would upon up my own vegan health food store. I’ve known from my own experience how difficult it can be to find vegan friendly food and products, so I opened up my own store to make a living but also to make it easier for other vegans in the local area to get high quality foods without compromising their ideals.
I started this website because I love to cook and find and share new recipes with others. I always find it funny that there’s this stereotype that vegans don’t really enjoy a lot of food and that we eat only raw things. While I’m all for raw foods, I also love spending most of my free time in the kitchen! Just because vegans don’t eat meat or animal products doesn’t mean we also don’t enjoy cuisine or eating. I LOVE to eat! And I find most of my customers do too.
